USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found.  The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

 

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Dennis JM Donahue III on October 6, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  No response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

 

IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES

 

The identification of services is amended to read:

 

“Advertising, promotion, and marketing services for hospitality providers featuring enhanced temporary accommodations, wellness products, and complimentary snacks, meals, and beverages; business administration services in the field of hospitality marketing; business management services, namely, administration of business engaged in hospitality industry; business management of hotels featuring temporary accommodations with premium rooms having added-value health and well-being amenities for others; promoting the goods and services of others by means of a preferred customer program featuring environmentally friendly and health-enhancing temporary accommodations,” in class 35.
