AMENDMENT TO IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES IN INTERNATIONAL CLASS 042

The identification of services is amended to read as follows: 

Medical Research; Scientific Research in the field of vaccines and medicines; Scientific Research and Development in the field of vaccines and medicines; pharmaceutical research and development; research and development of vaccines and medicines; research and development in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields; Research and development of pharmaceutical preparations for gene therapy

APPLICATION STATUS

Based on applicant’s March 19, 2021 response and the amendments contained herein, the trademark examining attorney notes that both the advisory regarding prior-filed applications and the refusal under Section 2(d) of the Trademark Act are withdrawn.  In addition, the requirement to amend the identification of services is satisfied.
