Hi Jill,

Thank you so much for reaching out, and for your email.

I have had an opportunity to discuss this with our client, and we would in fact like to add Class 35 to the application.  If I could trouble you to please amend the identification of services as you propose below (for both Classes 35 and 41), and issue the Office Action requiring the additional filing fee for Class 35, we’ll be sure to respond with payment.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.  In the meantime, thank you for your continued assistance with this matter.

Best,

Jessica

Subject: Trademark Application SN 88750081

Hi Jessica:  Just left a voicemail, but thought I’d follow up by email in case that was more efficient.  I’m reviewing the above-referenced application for REVEL for goods and services in Classes 9, 41 and 42.  The identification of services in Class 41 is indefinite because it could refer to business networking services in Class 35.  I would suggest the amended identification if accurate:

Arranging, organizing, conducting, and hosting social entertainment events for women, in Class 41; or

Organizing business networking events in the field of particular topics of interest for women, in Class 35

If your client is willing to amend to one of the above identifications, I would be happy to enter that by Examiner’s Amendment and approve the application for publication today.  If your client would like to amend to add Class 35 services, I could issue a combined Examiner’s Amendment/Priority Action amending the identification of services and requiring the payment of the fee for the additional class.

Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.  Many thanks, Jill
