Indefinite Language in Proposed Identifications:
While the current identification language for classes 5 and 44 are accepted, the other classes require correction for some of the proposed identification language:
CLASS 7:
Applicant may substitute the following wording, if accurate: “machine tools for ( specify purpose of such tools); computer aided carver for ( specify use or purpose of carver); machines and apparatus for polishing ( specify what is being polished); cutters for ( specify use or purpose) cutting equipment in the nature of ( specify equipment) for use in ( specify purpose).”
CLASS 9:
Applicant may substitute the following wording, if accurate: “hand-held diagnostic scanner for ( purpose of diagnosis) instruments containing eyepieces for ( specify purpose).”
CLASS 10:
CLASS 11:
Applicant may substitute the following wording, if accurate: “ electric heating apparatus for ( specify use of such goods: industrial heating furnace.”

Search Results:
The trademark examining attorney has searched the Office’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
