Subject: USPTO Trademark Application No. 88112692 (CATALOG)
Dear Carol Ann Been,
Application No. 88112692 (CATALOG) has been reassigned to me for review while Alice has taken an extended leave.
Thank you for your response of June 25, 2019. There are just a couple issues in the class 41 identification that I think we can resolve by phone/email.
Specifically, the identifications of “Educational services, namely, conducting on-line exhibitions and displays and exhibits in an amusement center attraction and a common area” and “Educational services, namely, providing classes, seminars, workshops, and other experiential learning events for entertainment in the field of interactive programs for families, building tenants and visitors” are still indefinite. The field of the events should describe the subject matter of the educational services, such as city history, music, or art. Applicant may amend to the following in Class 41, if accurate:
Art exhibitions; Entertainment services, namely, live performances by amateur and professional entertainers; Entertainment services in the nature of an amusement park attraction, namely, a themed area; Entertainment services, namely, conducting guided tours of an amusement center attraction and an observation area; Educational services, namely, conducting on-line exhibitions and displays and exhibits in the field of {specify subject matter, e.g. music, history, cooking}; Educational services, namely, providing classes, seminars, workshops, and experiential learning events for entertainment of families, building tenants and visitors in the field of {specify subject matter, e.g. music, history, cooking}
Further, per the recent changes to requirements for U.S. counsel, all U.S. attorneys must now provide their bar number and an attestation that they are an attorney in good standing.
With your permission, I can make these changes in the record. If you have any questions, please contact me at the phone number and email listed below.
Your prompt response before close of business on Friday, August 9 is appreciated. After that time I will have to refuse the application for the reasons stated above.
Regards,
/Rebecca Eubank/
