Subject: Examiner's Amendment - SNs. 88105723 and 880195744 for applicant Backcountry.com, LLC
Dear Attorney Kim,
I trust this email finds you well. As indicated in voicemail left earlier today, I am the examining attorney assigned to the trademark applications for the design marks having the serial numbers 88105723 and 88195744. Having examined the application, there is a minor issue with each of the applications which can be resolved informally before proceeding.
With respect to Serial No. 88105723, clarification of the applicant’s legal entity is required as the designation “LLC” is included in applicant’s name; however, the legal entity is set forth as a “corporation.” Therefore, if you would kindly advise as to the nature of applicant’s legal entity, it would be much appreciated.
Furthermore, with respect to Registration No. 88195744, an amendment to the goods recited as “Truck accessories, namely, tailgate pads” in International Class 12 is suggested below, with changes noted in bold:
“truck accessories, namely, tailgate pads specifically adapted for truck tailgates”
With your consent, I will issue an examiner’s amendment to resolve the clarification of legal entity and amendment to the identification of the goods. Kindly advise if this is agreeable to you.
Warm regards,
Lauren Roncoroni
