Subject: USPTO Trademark Application Nos. 88975564 and 88975565
** EXTERNAL EMAIL MESSAGE **
Dear Jami Gekas,
This email is in reference to trademark application nos. 88975564 and 88975565. I have received the request to divide the applications from their class 35 identifications, so we can now proceed to publication with the identifications in Class 9, 14, and 25.
Per our earlier conversations, I wanted to confirm that the following amendments to the Class 9 identification specifically is acceptable:
International Class 9: Portable selfie lights for use in mobile phone photography ; magnetically encoded gift cards; downloadable gift cards for digital delivery
International Class 14: Rubber or silicone wristbands in the nature of a bracelet
International Class 25: Clothing, namely, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies
With your permission, I can make these edits in both files. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
/Rebecca Eubank/
