REDX DESIGN

The mark consists of the word "RED" immediately followed by an "X" with no space. The letters are in all caps, the same size, and appear in a stylishly modern and clean font and the "E" and "D" seeming to complete an implied oval as they are similar in shape (opposing halves and near mirror images completing the oval) however, they remain as separate independent characters as do the rest comprising "REDX". The letters forming "RE" of "REDX" are underlined with a line beneath that starts in alignment with the leftmost edge of the "R" above it and terminates at the implied union and space between the "E" and the "D" above. The line is followed immediately (to its rightmost point) by the word "Design" in all caps significantly smaller than the "REDX" above and fitting neatly from where it starts with the "D" of "DESIGN" spaced to the right of the line with the leftmost edge of the "D" of "DESIGN" vertically aligned with the leftmost edge of the "E" from "REDX" above and continuing ..."ESIGN" until the rightmost part of the "N" reaches vertical alignment with the rightmost edge of the "X" above. The word "DESIGN" characters are approximately 1/10 the height of the REDX characters. A blank space roughly equal in height to the characters comprising "DESIGN" separates the upper letters ("DX") from the smaller ones ("DESIGN") below. The REDX is thereby underscored by the stroke (line under "RE") and the word "DESIGN" (letters under DX) such that the stroke is to the left of the word "DESIGN" and vertically centered on the characters composing the word "DESIGN".
