Exhibit A, which consists of a printout from the Japan Patent Office database, shows Applicant as the current owner of record for the subject Japanese registration. Further, Exhibit B is a copy of the official notice from the Japan Patent Office that confirms the recordal of the assignment of a number of registrations from Kirin Kabushiki Kaisha a/t/a KIRIN Company, Limited to Applicant. Japanese Reg. No. 5636704 is listed as No. 53 on page 5 (marked with a red arrow). Exhibit C is the English translation of the pertinent sections of the document submitted as Exhibit B.
