their products in Saunas to produce heat, our lights are used in a totally different industry. Our mark will be in use for the Aquarium industry only- and to produce visible light, not heat. The
Photon name has been in use continuously for the past 7+ years in the aquarium industry. Thank you for your time, we would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider our application. |
