In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:
The Examining Attorney determined that a mark in a prior-filed pending application, U.S. Application Serial No. 88/909,309 for the mark AOB (the '309 Application), may present a bar to registration
of Applicant's mark. Applicant filed an Opposition against the '309 Application on September 18, 2020. A Notice of Default was issued by the TTAB on November 8, 2020 and the '309 Application was
terminated. Accordingly, Applicant requests prompt publication of the subject application.
