Dear Ms. Gard:
I am writing with respect to the above referenced application because there are a few procedural issues that can be resolved through an Examiner’s Amendment. I have outlined them below for you to review.
The identification of services must be clarified as follows:
Class 36
blockchain-based payment verification services; electronic transfers of money; processing of electronic wallet payments; cryptocurrency exchange services, namely, providing a digital currency
orand digital token for use via a global computer network; cryptocurrency services in the nature of cryptocurrency exchange services featuring blockchain technology, namely, providing a digital currencyorand digital token incorporating cryptographic protocols used to operate and build applications and blockchains on a decentralized computer platform and as a method of payment for goods and services; financial services, namely, providing information in the fields of currencies, and cryptocurrencies; financial and investment services, namely, asset and investment acquisition, consultation, advisory and development; providing an internet website portal in the field of financial transaction and payment processing services
Class 42
providing temporary use of on-line non-downloadable computer software for use as a digital wallet
Additionally, the applied-for mark ONSA means OUNCE in a foreign language. Accordingly, the following translation statement must be added to the record:
The English translation of the word “ONSA” in the mark is “OUNCE”.
If you accept these changes please reply back as soon as possible and I will enter an examiner’s amendment accordingly. Thank you!
