I am the trademark examining attorney handling the trademark application for CYBERNET (Serial No. 88889079). The application needs only one minor amendment before I can approve it for publication.  I can make the necessary change from my end with your approval.

 

We require an amended identification of the services identified in International Class 41. Specifically, we need to include the medium for the talk show and whether or not it is continuing in nature. The suggested identification would read as follows, with suggested changes in bold:
