Dear Maryna,

In response to the January 12, 2021 Office Action, the Applicant confirms that the letters DMX in the mark do not have any significance in the applicant’s industry and/or as applied to applicant’s goods, and such letters do not represent a “term of art” within applicant’s industry.

We assume you can resolve this issue by Examiner’s Amendment, but let us know if you have any questions. If not, we look forward to receiving the Examiner’s Amendment.

Thanks.

Dave
