In the Response dated July 10, 2020, applicant provided various bases and evidence for acquired distinctiveness under Section 2(f). On July 21, 2020, the examining attorney contacted the attorney of record to confirm that a claim of distinctiveness under §2(f) has been made per TMEP §1212.07. Additionally, the attorney of record has authorized the addition of applicant’s prior registrations into the present application, based on those provided in the Response.
Application has been amended as shown below. As agreed to by Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme on July 21, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below. Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections. TMEP §707. Otherwise, no response is required. Id.
