The mark consists of an image of a cast iron-like street maintenance hole cover with the word "WELCOME" in the center and multiple squares throughout - all of which appear to be molded and raised by the use of silver and white tops with black trim. The lettering is a raised font with bright white tops with black trim that follows the shape of a half circle designed to suggest a smile. The cloudy patina throughout the background appears as weathered light-blue and silver-gray colors with numerous areas of rust and dark blemishes. There is one round pick hole and one horizontal half-oblong pick hole located in the middle-right side and both are black. It is all bound by a rim that itself is bound by black borders inside and out.
