Office Action (Official Letter) About Applicant’s Trademark Application

EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

Issue date:  November 11, 2020

Applicant filed a response to the outstanding Office action associated with this application on October 20, 2020, in which the following requirements were satisfied: (1) the identifications of goods were amended; and (2) the description of the mark was amended.

Regarding (1), the International Class 9 identification of goods contains duplicate entries of the following goods: “sunglasses,” “electrical controllers,” and “televisions.” The examining attorney as deleted these duplicate entries. See TMEP §707.02.

Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections to this amendment; otherwise, no response is required. TMEP §707.  

At this time, barring some unforeseen circumstance that might require further action, the application appears ready for publication in the Trademark Official Gazette.
