The attached evidence from http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/box defines a “box” in part as “the contents of a box especially as a measure of quantity; a rigid typically rectangular container with or without a cover”. Thus, the wording merely describes applicant’s goods because the applicant’s identification of goods is broad enough to include a container for both use in gardening and/or to hold the contents of applicant’s kit.
