Applicant's entity state of organization was accidentally made in error and entered as being a Delaware Limited Liability Company, while the entity is actually an Indiana Limited Liability Company. Weston Foods US, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability company did not exist as a legal entity on the application filing date., but rather Weston Foods US, LLC an Indiana Limited Liability Company did and does exists.
