Good evening,

I apologize, but after I sent the examiner’s amendment and was preparing the mark for publication, I realized that there was one additional issue that needs to be addressed with the application before it can be published. Specifically, the wording “GROUP” (which was acceptably added to the mark in the 11-23-20 response) must be disclaimed, as it is merely descriptive of the services, which are provided by a commercial organization consisting of several companies under common ownership, i.e. a “group”.

Please let me know if the disclaimer of “GROUP” is acceptable – if so, I would be happy to enter the disclaimer for you via another examiner’s amendment and then move the application on to publication. Again, I apologize that this was not addressed in my previous email.

Best regards,
Jessica
