NOTE:
Mr. Gurr,
I corrected the record to replace it with the previous information since the appointment was clearly unacceptable since it was not signed by the applicant.
Please reference this page which gives information on unauthorized changes to your file and the steps that should be taken when that occurs:

Examiner Brody:
I am trying to correct the appointment of an attorney that did not have authorization. I have left a couple of voicemails and sent the below email to the examining attorney, but haven’t heard back. Can you let me know how to correct this?
Thanks,
Robert A. Gurr

Examiner Edwards:
A revocation and appointment of attorney was submitted on the above referenced application. In support for the revocation and appointment, a document signed by Omar Fdawi was submitted on behalf of Xtra Ecig, LLC. However, Extra Ecig, LLC is not the owner of the above listed application, but rather Spectrum Pro Labs, LLC is the listed owner. Accordingly, the revocation and appointment of attorney should not have been accepted by the Trademark Office on this application.
The applicant, Spectrum Pro Labs, LLC, did not authorize my revocation and intends to have me remain as the attorney. What is the best way to correct this mistaken filing/error?
Thanks,
Robert A. Gurr
