I am the trademark examining attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office reviewing your above-referenced trademark application, and I would like to discuss the following issue with you. 

 

Identification of Goods: The application requires amendments to the identification of goods in International Class 20 because the current language is indefinite.  No changes need to be made to International Class 6.  If the changes below, with amended language in underlined font, are acceptable, I will issue an Examiner's Amendment accordingly:

 

International Class 20: “Moveable wall partitions for use in partitioning an interior of an office or residential space”

 

If you agree to the amendments above, I can make the changes for you via an Examiner’s Amendment and the application may proceed toward registration.
