Good morning:
I am the examining attorney in the above referenced trademark application. There is one issue that are a few issues that requires resolution. Specifically, the descriptive wording PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS must be disclaimed. The following disclaimer is proposed and may be adopted:
No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS” apart from the mark as shown.
Upon your authorization, I will be happy to issue an Examiner’s Amendment to expedite processing of this application. Please respond to this email within two business days, or by April 23, 2020. Once I receive your approval of the amendments, I will issue an Examiner Amendment to reflect these changes. If I do not hear from you by April 23, I will send you a written Office Action confirming the above mentioned issues.
Please note that I am working reduced hours due to daycare closures to take care of my small child.
