United States Trademark Application Serial No. 88799111
Dear Ms. Li,
I am the assigned trademark examining attorney for the above-referenced application. There are two brief issues I believe we can resolve via email or phone, specifically, an unnecessary disclaimer and negative translation and consent statements.
First, applicant has disclaimed the term LIFE in the applied-for mark; however a disclaimer of this matter is not required for registration. Second, applicant has submitted a negative translation and negative consent statement; however, the applied-for mark does not require a translation or consent statement. If you agree to remove the unnecessary disclaimer and negative statements, I can modify the application via examiner’s amendment.
Please let me know by phone or email if you agree to allow me to correct the above by an examiner's amendment or if you have any questions about the application.
Kind regards,
Whitley A. Mumm,
Trademark Examining Attorney
