Applicant is the wholly owned subsidiary of AFEW GmbH, which is the owner of U.S. Reg. No. 5,794,162. Applicant notes that it has not submitted a copy of the EUTM registration that is the basis for its Sec. 44(e) filing. This is because even though the subject EUTM Reg. No. 018119436 has proceeded to registration, it has not yet received an actual copy of the same. Applicant will submit a voluntary amendment attaching the foreign registration when it issues.
