With regard to the application to register the mark “LOUISIANA STUD”, (Serial No.:

88786476 / your docket no.: TG00101), in order to place the application in condition for

approval for publication, a disclaimer of “STUD” is required as this merely describes a

form of poker game, and/or describes the nature of the entertainment services being

provided.  The proposed disclaimer statement is:
