I need to see evidence that you are using the mark in connection with the services. Attached is what you submitted, which shows the mark, but shows nothing else. As I state in the Office action:
In the present case, the specimen does not show a direct association between the mark and services in that the applicant’s mark, appearing on a website, makes zero reference to the applicant’s spiritual counseling services. In fact, the website shown on the specimen contains no references to any type of service offered. The only wording on the screenshot is the mark itself. Further, the applicant’s website specimen fails to include the URL & access date for the specimen. Thus, the specimen fails to show use of the mark in connection with the applicant’s Class 45 services
So if that screenshot included something like “Contact me for your spiritual counseling needs”, that would link the mark to the services.

Thanks fOR the information, I don’t believe I received any other communications last fall but that is irrelevant at this point.
I will pay the fee and file the petition to reopen.
Specifically what is it that you need to se. I believe I sent evidence of the logo being used in Packaging, Web advertising, etc.
