Applicant provides a product/platform that manages entertainment attractions at location based entertainment venues and provides users with the ability to analyze performance data for activities including but not limited to LaserTag, MiniGolf (DigiPutt), Challenge Course (Ropes Courses), VR, Bowling, rock paper scissors, dodgeball, paintball, etc. (2) Please provide copies of invoices, bills of sale, or other documentation of sales of the goods. The substituted specimen shows that users can sign up for accounts at the website and have access to Applicant's goods and services. (3) Was the specimen created for submission with this application? No. (4) Does the specimen show applicant's product as it is currently being sold to consumers? Yes (5) How do applicant's goods appear in the actual sales environment? If sold in stores, provide photos showing the goods for sale in the stores. If sold online, identify the websites and provide copies of the webpages showing the goods for sale.
