Importance: High

Good afternoon Sandra:

I am the examining attorney reviewing U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Application Serial No. 88760285 (TUROS).  I have identified the following minor issues that I believe can be resolved via email:

Identification of goods: The identification of goods needs to be amended to clarify the nature of the goods.  Vehicle brake lines are in International Class 012, and machine brake lines are in International Class 007.  Applicant may adopt the following, if accurate:

International Class 012: “Coated vehicle fittings sold as a feature of vehicle brake line connectors; vehicle brake line fittings; coated vehicle brake line fittings”

These changes can be made on my end through an Examiner’s Amendment once you confirm agreement with the above change.

Please respond to this email by 5 p.m. EST on Monday, April 6, 2020.

Sincerely,

Crystal H. Yi
