I am the examining attorney assigned to the above application. The application requires some amendments to the identification of goods. The following amendments are suggested if accurate:
IC 3 application: nonmedicated body care products, namely, body oils, salves, skin cream, skin lotion, and essential oils containing CBD derived from hemp.
IC 34 application: Electronic cigarettes; smoking alternatives; smokeless cigarette vaporizer pipe; electronic smoking vaporizers, namely, electronic cigarettes; electronic cigarette components in the nature of electronic inhalation devices comprised of electronic cigarette refill cartridges, electronic cigarette atomizers and refill liquid solutions containing "CBD" derived from hemp distributed as a unit
