On March 23, 2020, action on this application was suspended pending the disposition of U.S. Application Serial Nos. 88657500 and 88500027. The referenced pending applications have abandoned and are no longer a potential bar to the registration of applicant’s mark. Upon further review, the following is required.
Identification Unacceptable In Part-Indefinite Wording
For example, the wording “Non-medicated beard care preparations, namely, oils, balms, butters, waxes, washes” is acceptable in International Class 3.
The wording “Shaving creams; Shaving soaps; After-shave lotions; Lotions for beards” is acceptable as filed in International Class 3.
