This Office action is supplemental to and supersedes the previous Office action issued on the same date of February 17, 2020 in connection with this application. The assigned trademark examining attorney inadvertently omitted the evidence relevant to the requirements in the subject application. See TMEP §§706, 711.02. The evidence referenced in the prior Office action of February 17, 2020, is attached to this action.
The trademark examining attorney apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the failure to include the evidence in the original Office action.
Applicant must address all issue(s) raised in the prior Office action of February 17, 2020.
