I wanted to give a quick summary of what we spoke about the phone:
88681239 SAMBANOVA RDU-CONNECT and 88681234 SAMBANOVA RDU-DIRECT: both of these we must distinguish between downloadable software in Class 009 and online non-downloadable software
88681249 SAMBANOVA RECONFIGURABLE DATAFLOW UNIT and 88681252 SAMBANOVA RECONFIGURABLE DATAFLOW ARCHITECTURE: for these I was interested in disclaiming the wording after “SAMBANOVA” since it could be generic of the goods. These disclaimers for these are fine:
No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “reconfigurable,” “dataflow” and “unit” apart from the mark as shown.
