Dear Mr. Bayramoglu,
I am currently reviewing your trademark application for “INSIGHTERS”. The application looks good, and the only issue that needs to be addressed is a clarification to the mark description. Specifically, the mark description should use clear and concise language. Here, color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. While it is permissible to reference a white background, it can read as confusing. Further, I’d like to replace “punto” with “point” for the sake of clarity. I can suggest the following amended mark description:
Mark Description: The mark consists of the word “INSIGHTERS” in stylized font. The point atop the fourth letter “I” is a large shaded circle with two circle shaped holes within it.
Please let me know if I have your consent to enter the amended mark description above.
