USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found. The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). 15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.
Application has been amended as shown below. As agreed to by David Staple on December 20, 2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below. IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES
The identification of goods and services is amended to read as follows:

“Freezers and refrigerating cabinets which are radio frequency identification enabled for inventory access and control,” in International Class 11;
“Security cabinets which are radio frequency identification enabled for inventory access and control,” in International Class 20;
“Inventory management, control and product traceability of products in transit for commercial purposes, namely, remote inventory monitoring of pharmaceuticals, biological implants, orthopedic supplies, medical devices, reagents, chemicals, and eye care products and implants for commercial purposes; rental of radio frequency enabled pass key cards and electronic inventory tags for inventory access and control for business inventory, namely, for monitoring goods in stock and purchases,” in International Class 35;
“Rental of freezers and cabinets for storage which are radio frequency identification enabled for inventory access and control,” in International Class 39;
“Rental of bar code scanners being radio frequency identification enabled appliances for inventory access and control,” in International Class 42;
“Remote inventory monitoring for security purposes in the field of pharmaceuticals, biological implants, orthopedic supplies, medical devices, reagents, chemicals, eye care products and implants, for the specific purpose of inventory surveillance and product traceability in high security settings; rental of security cabinets which are radio frequency identification enabled for inventory access and control, namely, radio frequency identification enabled security cabinets; rental of radio frequency enabled pass key cards and electronic inventory tags for inventory access and control for security purposes, namely, for restricting access to storage cabinets,” in International Class 45.
