Dear Ms. Bessinger,

 

The above referenced trademark application requires an amendment to the mark description as set forth below:

 

The mark consists of a rectangular banner with the bottom of a red circle superimposed on the left of a blue background. To the right of the circle is a sun design that has a white center and gradient blue and white rays. Surrounding the sun design are white starburst and white and blue diamond-shape designs that follow the bottom of the circle and reach the bottom left of the banner. The rays connect to a blue toothpaste design that has an illuminated white border. At the bottom of the banner is a curvy striped banner comprised of varying shades of blue and white stripes. At the top right corner of the banner is a red banner. At the bottom right corner of the banner is a blue strip that has a top and bottom blue border.
