Subject: RE: RESPONSE re: U.S. Trademark Serial Nos. 88660352 (SENTRY); 88660359 (SENTINEL)
Hi Gayle:
How about moving the software to the end of the identification in Class 7 to ensure it does not read like a class 9 good? Suggestion is:
International Class 7: Automated system, namely automated cleaning machine in the nature of lances designed to clean and maintain plant and refinery processing equipment and manufacturing equipment with integrated software and hardware components
Thank you!
