Hello,
I am currently examining the trademark application for the mark SD SOCKDOCS. No conflicting marks were found. However, before the mark can proceed to publication a few items need to be addressed.
1. The mark description needs to be amended to comply with office format. I suggest the following:
The mark consists of the stylized wording “SOCKDOCS”. To the left of the wording is a stylized letter “S” entwined with a stylized letter “D”.
2. The classification of goods needs to be changed to Class 10.
I can make these changes through examiner’s amendment and then approve the mark for publication. I look forward to your prompt response.
