Hello Scott,

 

My name is Adetayo and I'm the attorney handling your application for the mark SIDECAR (SN: 88645754).  I just called and left you a voice message but wanted to follow up with this email to let you know that I've finished examining the application and the ID needs to be amended before I can move the application along, as it is quite broad, indefinite, does not make clear the nature of goods for which registration is sought and also could be classified in multiple classes.  Please see below for my suggested ID with my amendments in bold/italics/highlight:

 

• “[DELETED “Fashion accessory, namely, a”] Handbag clips for carrying hats on purses and [CLARIFIED “bags”] handbags” in [RE-CLASSIFIED “International Class 025”] International Class 018.

 Therefore, as soon as you get a chance, please either call or email me back letting me know you're OK with the proposed changes and I'll take care of everything on my end via an Examiner's Amendment.  However, if I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, then I will issue an Office Action.  If you think you need longer than 24 hours, please kindly respond letting me know as such.
