The 5 players are in a circle, each bet five dollars, and pass around a Marijuana Cigarette and then takes a drink of SODA. Each time a named person takes a hit and a drink of soda, they have to say PuffPuffPass. If they fail to say PuffPuffPass, cough or pass out, or BURP they are out of the rotation. The last-named person holding the Marijuana Cigarette is the winner, and keeps all the money.

In International Class 009, the mark was first used by the applicant or the applicant's related company or licensee or predecessor in interest at least as early as 10/05/2019, and first used in commerce at least as early as 10/05/2019, and is now in use in such commerce.
