Two last Identification of Goods issues for this set of applications. Similar to the changes yesterday for the stylized “R” applications (serial nos. 88642405 and 88642411), here some of the goods in the Class 30 application are correctly classified and already contained in applicant’s Class 29 application for the same mark. In addition, “preparation” in Class 30 could indicate both goods and services. If the amendments below are acceptable I can make all the changes via Examiner’s Amendment.
