I am the examining attorney assigned to the above-referenced application, and there is an issue with the address that must be resolved before I can move the application forward.

As of August 3, 2019, Applicant must provide their physical street address, not a P.O. Box. See 37 C.F.R. §§2.2(o), 2.189.

 

With your authorization to do so, I can add the amended address via Examiner’s Amendment before moving the application along for publication review.  Alternatively, if you would like additional time, I can also prepare a Priority Action that will detail the requirement.
