Subject: Re: US Trademark Application 88633745 (CLIC)
[EXTERNAL E-MAIL]
Dear Ms. Moyer,
I hope this email finds you well. I am the examining attorney for your client’s application for CLIC. I have finished going over the application and there is one small change that needs to be made to the identification of goods in order for the application to be approved for publication.
The current identification reads “switchable privacy glass panels.” The purpose of the panels needs to be more explicitly stated in order to correctly classify the goods as glass panels for cars are a class 12 good while panels for building and construction are Class 19 goods. I suggest “switchable privacy glass panels for building and construction purposes” in order to make the identification definite and correctly classified in Class 19.
I will be happy to make this change for you with an examiner’s amendment if that works for you. Please let me know how you would like to proceed and if you have any questions and/or concerns.
Sincerely,
Charles H. Hiser IV
