Subject: OFFICIAL USPTO EMAIL--Serial No. 88633634-Examiner's Amendment - Response Required
Note: A response to this email is kindly requested by Tuesday morning, December 31, 2019, at which point in time I will have to take action on this application.
Good Morning Mr. Baser,
My name is Jeff Sjogren, and I am a federal trademark examining attorney at the USPTO assigned to one of your applications, Serial No. 88633634, CAREX.
Everything is mostly in place for the application to move forward, but I do need to make a change in order to do so, so I hope we can figure this out together and keep things moving. In conjunction with new domestic counsel requirements here at the USPTO effective in August 2019, all applicants must now provide their actual domicile address for the record, which is your client’s principal place of business in this instance—your client currently only includes an unacceptable PO Box.
Once I receive this information, I can issue an Examiner’s Amendment and change it for you, and conduct my final review before approving the mark for publication, barring of course any disagreement from my supervisor. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call me, and I hope we can work through this small issue together. Talk with you soon.
Best,
Jeff
