I am the trademark examining attorney assigned to Trademark Application Serial Nos 88623575, 88623539, 88623556, 88623569 (all CARI marks), and 88711976 (TRV MARKETPLACE). I have reviewed the responses to the Office actions and I would like your permission to make the following suggested amendments:
- Disclaimer Statement – For 88711976 (TRV MARKETPLACE), I would like to add the following statement to the record:
No claim is made to the exclusive right to use “MARKETPLACE” apart from the mark as shown.
- Identification of Goods/Services – For 88623575, 88623539, 88623556, and 88623569 (CARI), the original identification of goods in Class 9 defined the software as “computer chatbot software…”, however the “computer” limitation was removed in the amended identification of goods. To stay within the scope of the original identification, this language must be added back in. Additionally, for 88623575 (CARI), in Class 9, “mobile application…” was not defined as being downloadable. Finally, for 88711976 (TRV MARKETPLACE), in Class 42, a minor typographical error of “quote” can be fixed to “quotes” for clarity. Thus, I suggest the following amendments as follows:
