The identification of goods in International Class 9 is amended to read as follows: “Downloadable computer chatbot software providing text and voice communications for use in connection with the provision of insurance administration, insurance underwriting services, providing insurance information, insurance consultation, the purchase and management of insurance policies, obtaining insurance quotes, filing and managing insurance claims, and providing risk control and loss prevention information and consultation; and downloadable mobile application in the field of insurance featuring computer chatbot software providing text and voice communications for use in connection with the provision of insurance administration, insurance underwriting services, providing insurance information, insurance consultation, the purchase of insurance policies, obtaining insurance quotes, filing and managing insurance claims, account management and providing risk control and loss prevention information and consultation.” See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
