COLOR CLAIM AND MARK DESCRIPTION
The following statements describing color in the mark are added to the record:
The color(s) yellow, gold and blue is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
The mark consists of a crescent moon with yellow at the top and grading to gold at the bottom, and the words "LIGHT UP" to the right of the moon, with the word “LIGHT” shown in blue and the word "UP" shown in gold.

SPECIMEN CLARIFICATION
The applicant’s attorney confirmed that the trucks shown on the specimens show the mark as it is displayed in performance of the services recited in both Classes 37 and 42.
