Hello Ms. Palma,

As stated in my voicemail, I am the trademark examiner for the above captioned file.  I am writing to propose certain changes that would resolve outstanding issues and would allow me to move this trademark application forward.  They are as follows:

IDENTIFICATION

I am proposing we amend to the following identification:

Class 42                Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for document control, specifically, the electronic storage, sharing, transmission, and management of documents

If these changes are acceptable, please just respond back with your authorization.  Please ensure that any reply email includes your name in the signature block.

If I do not hear back from this email within 2 days, I most likely will instead have to issue an Office Action.  Please feel free to contact me to discuss or if you have any questions.  Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.

Regards,

Ben
