Subject: U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 88621717 (VIENTO)
Importance: High

Good afternoon Paul:

I am the examining attorney reviewing U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Application Serial No. 88621717 (VIENTO).  I have identified the following minor issues that I believe can be resolved via email:

1.      Identification of goods: The identification of goods needs to be amended to clarify the nature of the goods.  Applicant may adopt the following, if accurate:

International Class 009:  "Thermal imaging systems, not for medical use; thermal imaging cameras; infrared imaging systems, not for medical use"

2.      Translation Statement: The translation statement is required.  Applicant may adopt the following:

The English translation of the word “VIENTO” in the mark is “WIND”.

These changes can be made on my end through an Examiner’s Amendment once you confirm agreement with the above changes.

Please respond to this email by 9 a.m. EST on Thursday, December 19, 2019.

Sincerely,

Crystal H. Yi
