My name is Kyle Aurand, and I am the examining attorney assigned to the above referenced application, DREAM LAB. I received a voice mail from someone in regards to this application, however, the person did not leave their name. Therefore, I am sending this to your email.

 

In the voicemail, the individual wanted me to send them the third party evidence that supported the Disclaimer Requirement in the Office action, indicating that it was not attached. Looking at the Office action, I have based the disclaimer requirement off of other registrations that have disclaimed the term LAB, and those registrations were attached to the Office action. Thus, I have nothing to send or to add to the evidence at this point in time.

 

If you disagree with the disclaimer, feel free to argue against the requirement in response.
